Robins Nest design team

Today I am posting a step by step tutorial as part of my application to join The Robins Nest Design team.

Items Used;

Smoky-Chevron-Cardstock

Rosy-Chevron-Cardstock

Valentine-Stripe

Early-Dawn-Dew-Drops

I started by cutting 4 doilies from the Valentine stripe card stock, I will be using the reverse side.

I cut a piece of smokey chevron card and adhered it chevron side down to the rosy chevron card stock, leaving a border both top and bottom. I then stuck this on to the front of a 5x7" card.

I cut the doilies in half and stuck them to the top and bottom of the grey dotty card creating a border.

I stamped and embossed the word "anniversary" in black on to the right side of the card

Using the valentine strip card I die cut the word "happy" 3 times and stuck them together to create a faux chipboard effect, I then went over it with a grey alcohol pen 

I stuck this on the left of my card

and then added 3 dew drops.
